Olawale Anifowose was part of the team that pioneered the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of the Pan-Atlantic University in 2003, a model which has been replicated in four African countries (Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania & Rwanda). As the General Manager of the Center, he is responsible for the programs management, capacity building and support services to entrepreneurs. He is a member of the management board of EDC.

He is the Lead for GEN Nigeria and has coordinated the GEW in Nigeria for 6years. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and also an alumnus of the US State Department, International Visitor Leadership Program on SME Development. A certified Microsoft Build Your Business trainer and certified Entrepreneurial Coach by the Learning and Skills Management Centre (LSM), United Kingdom. Olawale anchors a network radio program- Enterprise Stories, a radio program that features entrepreneurial endeavors of Nigerian startups.

Olawale also helped set up a youth mentoring program for fresh graduates and co-founded elab, a social impact focused incubator in Lagos, Nigeria. He has background in Economics, Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
