Alejandro Altieri, Licensed Psychologist from the University of Buenos Aires with a Postgraduate in Training and development of Human Resources, works as a Speaker, Coach, Teacher and Trainer. Based in Switzerland, he works internationally designing, directing and implementing Leadership and High Performance Team Development programs for global companies, worldwide. He also supports diverse companies and institutions in the design and delivery of customer-specific programs, mostly including interdisciplinary teams.
His business background involves one of the leading packaging companies in Switzerland, working closely with International Luxury Brands and Pharmaceutical companies. He is experienced in the management of international projects with both cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, having travelled and delivered in 6 languages (Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese) in more than 50 countries.
Today he works as a consultant for industries in the field of banking, finance, media & entertainment, pharmaceuticals, insurance, state defense, automotive, food & beverages, chemicals, education, communications, transport and construction, as well as with NGOs and international institutions.
He works with a variety of profiling, moderation, performance enhancing tools and had intensive training in experiential learning techniques and diverse assessment/business simulations. Training regularly on different working methods and approaches, he works closely with different international faculty representatives specialized in Culture Change, Leadership Development, Team Development, Strategy, Hostage Negotiation and Conflict Management, among others.
